Shared Care and Control for Father of Daughter in Primary 1
Luke Netto, Counsel of Netto & Magin LLC, recently successfully argued before the Family Courts of Singapore that the father should have shared care and control of his daughter notwithstanding the fact that the daughter is in Primary 1. The daughter now spends Thursdays (after school) to Sunday with the father.
