Nidesh is Counsel at the firm with a practice focused on civil litigation and criminal defence. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2024.

Nidesh believes in a dual approach to legal practice: he combines a meticulous and safe strategy with a steadfast determination to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients. His practice is a dynamic blend of civil and criminal law, where he advises on a range of civil disputes and provides robust representation in his criminal defence work.

As part of his criminal practice, Nidesh represents clients in a variety of matters, including cases assigned under the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme (CLAS).

He earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Bristol and is committed to making the legal process clear and accessible for his clients.

Outside of the office, Nidesh is an avid football fan, and he argues for his favourite team with the same vigour he uses in his closing submissions.
